In the General Assembly meeting of Migros on 15 April 2025, it was resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2025, including the mandatory assurance audit for the years 2024 and 2025 within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) which entered into force with the amendment of the legislation.
