In the General Assembly meeting of Migros on 13 April 2026, it was resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2026, including the mandatory assurance audit within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS). (In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.)
