Tescil işlemi sonucu Şirketimiz tarafından ihraç edilen TRSNTHL21810 ISIN kodlu 50.000.000 TL tahvilin, Net Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. tarafından sahip olunan 20.000.000 TL nominal tutarındaki kısmı şirketimiz bünyesine geçmiştir.
Şirketimiz bünyesine geçen 20.000.000 TL nominal tutarındaki tahvil, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Borçlanma Araçları Tebliği'nin 14. maddesi çerçevesinde, talebimiz doğrultusunda Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu nezdinde iptal edilmiştir.
