Yönetim Kurulumuzun 09.04.2025 (bugün) tarihinde yapmış olduğu toplantısında,
2024 yılı Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları'na (TMS) göre düzenlenen ve TMS 29- Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama Standardına göre enflasyon muhasebesi uygulanmış olan 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemi konsolide finansal tablolarımızda net dönem karımız 2.627.335.000 TL'dir.
2024 hesap dönemi sonunda yasal kayıtlarımızda, 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun mükerrer 298. maddesinin (A) fıkrası ve geçici 33. maddesi ile 30 Aralık 2023 tarih 555 Sıra No.lu Genel Tebliği uyarınca, enflasyon düzeltmesine tabi tutulmuş olup mali tablolarımızda 854.092.448,75 TL zarar edilmiştir.
Yasal kayıtlarımıza göre düzenlenen mali tablolarımızda dönem karımızın bulunmaması nedeniyle, TMS'ye göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarımızda bulunan 2.627.335.000 TL kar dağıtımına konu edilemediğinden Yönetim Kurulumuzun Olağan Genel Kurul'a kar dağıtımı ile ilgili bir teklifte bulunamayacağı,
oybirliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
