oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimizin %66,64 oranında pay sahibi olduğu ve bağlı ortaklığı konumundaki Çan2 Termik A.Ş.'ye ait 41.000.000 adet hissesinin toplam 721.986.600 TL değerindeki pay satışı borsada bugün gerçekleştirmiş olup, elde edilecek kaynağın tamamı sermaye avansı olarak Çan2 Termik A.Ş.'ye aktarılacak ve tüm kaynak Çan2 Termik A.Ş' nin Yapı Kredi Bankası ve Halkbank konsorsiyumunun erken borç ödenmesinde kullanılacaktır. Böylece bugün, 24.07.2023 ve 21.07.2023 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilmiş olan pay satışı işlemi ile birlikte toplam 2.335.792.400 TL değerinde hisse satışı yapılmış olup elde edilecek kaynağın tamamı erken borç ödemesinde kullanılacaktır. İlgili işlemlerle birlikte borç kapama bugün itibariyle başlanacak olup yüklü miktarda Euro satın alma süreçleri çerçevesinde 3 gün içinde tamamlanması beklenmektedir. Enerji sektörü uzun vadeli güvenilir gelir oluşturan sektörel avantajlı yapısının yanı sıra, bu geliri oluşturan yatırımlar büyük krediler ve kur riskleri oluşturmaktadır. Bu çerçevede enerji şirketlerinin borç yapısı yapısal bir sonuçtur. Gerçekleştirilmiş olan hisse satışlarındaki amaç, sektörel avantajımızı koruyarak, sektör oyuncularından ayrışmak ve borç yükünden tamamıyla şirketin arıtılmasını hedeflenmektedir. The share sale of 41,000,000 million shares of Çan2 Termik A.Ş., a subsidiary of our company, in which our company has a 66.64% shareholding, with a total value of 721,986,600 TL, has been realised on the stock exchange today, and the entire resource to be obtained will be transferred to Çan2 Termik A.Ş. as capital advance and the entire resource will be used in the early debt payment of Çan2 Termik A.Ş.'s Yapı Kredi Bank and Halkbank consortium.
