Yönetim Kurulumuzun 21 Şubat 2017 tarihli toplantısında, 2016 yılı karının Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ile Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 19'uncu maddesine ve Şirketimiz Kar Dağıtım Politikası'na uygun olarak, ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere toplam 60.000.000 TL brüt kar dağıtılması ve kar dağıtımının 31 Mart 2017 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmesi hususlarının Mart 2017 içerisinde yapılması öngörülen Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Dividend Payment Table Explanation

Şirketimiz tarafından (SPK) II-14.1 Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (SPK Finansal Raporlama Tebliği) kapsamında Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS) ve SPK tarafından belirlenen uyulması zorunlu formatlara uygun olarak hazırlanan 01.01.2016-31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ilişkin konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 69.725.866 TL Net Dönem Karı elde edilmiştir. Uzun vadeli şirket stratejimiz, şirketimiz sermaye gereksinimleri, yatırım ve finansman politikaları, karlılık ve nakit durumu dikkate alınarak hazırlanan kar dağıtım önerimiz ekteki tabloda yer almakta olup, Genel Kurul'da alınacak karara göre temettünün ödenmesine 31.03.2017 tarihinde başlanacaktır.
