Yönetim Kurulumuzun 13 Şubat 2018 tarihli toplantısında, 2017 yılı karının Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ile Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 19'uncu maddesine ve Şirketimiz Kar Dağıtım Politikası'na uygun olarak, ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere toplam 70.000.000 TL brüt kar dağıtılması ve kar dağıtımının 22 Mart 2018 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmesi hususlarının Mart 2018 içerisinde yapılması öngörülen Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) II-14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri uyarınca Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yürürlüğe konulmuş olan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS/TFRS) ve bunlara ilişkin ek ve yorumlara uygun olarak hazırlanan ve PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 99.422.469 TL Net Dönem Karı elde edilmiştir. Uzun vadeli şirket stratejimiz, şirketimiz sermaye gereksinimleri, yatırım ve finansman politikaları, karlılık ve nakit durumu dikkate alınarak hazırlanan kar dağıtım önerimiz ekte yer almakta olup, Genel Kurul'da alınacak karar ile onaylanması halinde temettünün ödenmesine 22.03.2018 tarihinde başlanacaktır.
