It has been reported to our company by employer union in metal business Turkish Employers Association of Metal Industries (MESS) which our company is a member that the Group Collective Labor Agreement Protocol covering the period of 01.09.2019-31.08.2021 between Turkish Metal Union and MESS has been signed.
Briefly, the Parties have agreed as follows:

• Employees whose hourly wages are below 12 TL/hour for the first six months shall receive 30 cents increase to their hourly wages which the total hourly wage shall not exceed 12 TL/hour; whereupon, all employees shall receive a 17% wage increase. In the second six months of the contract the wage shall be risen by %6 (if the consumer price index is above 6%, the difference will be added to the wage increase rate), and in the 3rd and 4th six months, it is decided to increase by consumer price index rate.

• The  social/fringe benefits shall be increased by %20 for the first year and the raises for the second year shall be determined at the rate of consumer price index.
