Our Assistant General Manager - Finance Mr. Hüseyin ODABAŞ, who has been serving in our company since 1996, will be stepping down from his position due to retirement as of December 31, 2024. It has been decided that the following decisions will be effective as of January 1, 2025.

-    Appointment of Başak Tekin ÖZDEN as Assistant General Manager – Finance.

-    Appointment of Başak Tekin ÖZDEN as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee, which will be vacated by the retirement of Hüseyin ODABAŞ.

-    The duties envisaged in Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1 will be carried out under the management of Assistant General Manager – Finance Başak Tekin Özden, by Finance, Risk Management and Investor Relations Director Doğan Seçkinler , and Investor Relations and Corporate Governance Leader Hatice Gülşah Mutlu.
