By our Company's Board of Directors: It was decided to apply to the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Commerce to obtain the necessary permissions to change Article 5 of the Company's Articles of Association titled "Head Office and Branches of the Company", the change of address where the company headquarters is located is reflected in the articles of association, and to change the Article 7 titled "Capital" in order to increase the registered capital ceiling and extend the validity period, and to submit the new text containing these changes to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held. An application was made to the Capital Markets Board with a request for a compliance opinion on 28.01.2025. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
