Şirketimiz ile Daimler Buses GmbH (Daimler Buses) ve Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. (MBT) arasında imzalanan sözleşme çerçevesinde Daimler Buses'ın Mercedes-Benz Conecto modeli Otokar Sakarya fabrikasında üretilecektir.

İmzalanan sözleşme kapsamında önemli tüm malzeme ve parçalar Daimler Buses/MBT tarafından tedarik edilecek, Otokar ise aslen işçilik ve üretim hizmeti verecek olup, bu kapsamda hak edilecek hizmet gelirleri Şirketimiz finansal tablolarında diğer satışlar kaleminde izlenecektir.

2029 yılı sonuna kadar geçerli olan sözleşme kapsamında, üretim hattı hazırlıklarının tamamlanmasını takiben Eylül 2026'da üretime başlanması ve 2027 yılında seri üretime geçilmesi öngörülmektedir. Sözleşme süresi boyunca toplamda asgari 1.400 araç üretimi hedeflenmekte olup, nihai adetler pazardaki gelişmelere göre belirlenecektir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Within the framework of the agreement signed between our company, Daimler Buses GmbH (Daimler Buses) and Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. (MBT), Mercedes-Benz Conecto model will be produced in the Otokar Sakarya factory.

Within the scope of the signed agreement, all important materials and parts will be supplied by Daimler Buses /MBT, while Otokar will essentially provide labor and production services, and accrued service revenues within this scope will be tracked under the other sales item in our Company's financial statements

Within the scope of the agreement, which is valid until the end of 2029, it is envisaged to start production in September 2026 following the completion of production line preparations and to start mass production in 2027. The target is to produce a minimum of 1,400 vehicles in total during the agreement period, and final quantities will be determined according to market developments.
