The Bank on July 12, 2024 intimated the exchanges for prior intimation of Board to be held on July 19,2024 for other business matters, however on the said date of intimation, the date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter ended June 30,2024 was not decided and hence the trading window closure date was mentioned as July 30, 2024.
