The construction permits for a total of 205 units consisting of 161 residential and 44 commercial units located on 1799 block 1 parcel in Istanbul province, Beşiktaş district, Nisbetiye quarter within the scope of İstanbul Beşiktaş Ortaköy Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale have been obtained on 25.01.2023.
