According to  Article 40 (40/3/ç) of the Capital Markets Board's Regulation on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts, within the framework of the collective disclosure, our company has completed the sale of a total of (218) independent sections, including (94) residential units and (124) commercial units, through real estate sales commitment agreements between January 01, 2023, and December 31, 2023, which do not exceed 2% of the total assets disclosed in our latest financial statements to the public. The total sales amount for these transactions is 3,618,716,859.71 TRY (excluding VAT).
