In accordance with Article 35 titled 'Selection of Real Estate Valuation Institution' of the Capital Markets Board's Communique on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Companies numbered III-48.1, for each asset in the company's portfolio that requires valuation services; the selection of valuation services has been determined as follows:
1- For the valuation of the Merkez Ankara Project located on parcel number 2 of cadastral number 63865 in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara, Başkent Taşınmaz Değerleme Inc. has been chosen.
2- For the valuation of the Next Level Istanbul Project located on parcel number 1 of cadastral number 1799 in the Ortaköy neighborhood   of Beşiktaş district, Istanbul, Başkent Taşınmaz Değerleme Inc. has been chosen.
3- For the valuation of the properties located in Istanbul Eyüpsultan district on parcel number 1 of cadastral number 244 and parcel number 5 of cadastral number 246, Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık Inc. has been chosen.
4- For the valuation of the properties located in Türkbükü neighborhood of Bodrum district, Muğla, on parcel number 5 of cadastral number 328 and Göl neighborhood on parcel number 1 of cadastral number 261, Başkent Taşınmaz Değerleme Inc. has been chosen.
Furthermore, for potential assets that may be acquired and require valuation within the accounting period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, the decision has been made to obtain valuation services from Ada Taşınmaz Değerleme Danışmanlık Inc. and Marka Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme Inc.
