The decision regarding the annulment of the legal proceedings, including the stay of execution decision, by the Istanbul Regional Administrative Court on 06/02/2024, overturning in its entirety the local court decision of Istanbul 10th Administrative Court dated 22/11/2023, with the file number E:2021/1113, K:2023/2570, affecting our projects for Blocks A, B, and C located at Barbaros Boulevard, Nisbetiye Neighborhood, Beşiktaş District, on Plot 1799, Parcel 1, Map 38, with Building Permits numbered 192238, 192238-1, and 192238-2, dated 25.01.2023, has been received.
