Within the scope of the 'Ankara Yenimahalle Station Land Sale Agreement in Return for Revenue Sharing Project,' signed between our company, of which we are a shareholder of 99%, and Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş., revisions have been made to the building permits obtained on 04.04.2022 for the Merkez Ankara Project located in İstasyon Neighborhood, Yenimahalle District, Ankara Province, 63865 Parcel 2. As a result of the revisions, the number of residential units in the project has increased by 483 units, from 1,578 to 2,061, with the Modification Building Permit obtained on 21.03.2024. Additionally, the number of commercial units has been revised from 1,781 units to 1,246 units, decreasing by 535 units.
