In accordance with subparagraph (ç) of the third paragraph of Article 40 of the Communiqué on the Principles of Real Estate Investment Companies of the Capital Markets Board, transactions of purchase, sale, and leasing not exceeding 2% of the total assets in our publicly disclosed latest financial statements are subject to collective disclosure.

Within the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, our company has completed the sale of a total of 47 independent units through real estate sales promise agreements, comprising 34 residential units and 13 commercial units. The total sales amount is 1,793,069,937.36 TL (excluding VAT).
