Within the scope of our Company's real estate valuation services for the year 2025,
(i) **Lal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Müşavirlik A.Ş.** has been selected as the valuation company for all real estate assets for which appraisal reports are required to be prepared during the 2025 fiscal period,
(ii) It has also been resolved to obtain valuation services from **Lal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Müşavirlik A.Ş.** for any new real estate assets that may be included in our portfolio and require valuation during the 2025 fiscal period.
An application for the approval of this decision was submitted to the **Capital Markets Board of Türkiye**, and our application has been reviewed and approved by the Capital Markets Board.
