Based to the profit distribution chart annexed to the Board of Directors resolution dated March 5, 2025 and provided in the annex hereto, according to our accounts based on Turkish Financial Reporting Standards and based on our statutory records prepared in accordance with the Turkish Tax Procedure Law No. 213; the Company has no distributable profit for the year 2024 based on statutory records. In this context, determination of the absence of distributable profit will be submitted for the approval of our shareholders.
