Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurulu'nun 27.05.2021 tarih ve 9590 sayılı Kararı ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu kredi derecelendirme mevzuatı kapsamında JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş. (JCR) tarafından düzenlenen kredi derecelendirmemiz gözden geçirilmiştir. Buna göre Şirketimizin uzun vadeli ulusal notu AA+ (tr) olarak teyit edilmiştir , not görünümü "Pozitif" olarak korunmuştur. Kredi derecelendirmesine ilişkin bilgiler ekte yer almaktadır. Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The credit rating assigned by JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş. (JCR), in accordance with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority decision dated 27.05.2021 and numbered 9590, and rating regulations published by the Capital Markets Board, was reviewed by JCR. Accordingly, the Company's long-term national rate is confirmed as AA+ (tr) with "Positive" outlook. Information on the rating is provided in the attachment. This Material Disclosure Announcement is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
