Our most recent aircraft order for up to 200 Boeing 737-10 aircraft, comprising a firm order of 100 Boeing 737-10 and an option for up to 100 further Boeing 737-10 was announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on December 19, 2024. Agreements relating to the supply and maintenance of CFM International S.A. (CFM) production LEAP-1B engines to be used on up to 150 of these aircraft have been concluded as of December 18, 2025. As part of the agreements, CFM will provide maintenance services for a period of 10 years following the delivery of each engine. The delivery of the engines will begin simultaneously with the delivery of Boeing 737-10 aircraft in 2028. Based on the assumption that maintenance services are provided for a period of 10 years for all aircraft subject to the engine agreements, we foresee payments of up to approximately USD 5.9 billion to be made to CFM. This Material Event Disclosure is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
