A "Letter of Intent (LOI)" has been signed between our company and INVISTA Textiles (U.K.) Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Koch Industries Inc., in order to use INVISTA's technical information and intellectual property rights (licencing) in our company's PTA investment project which has annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons.
