oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Toplu İş Sözleşmesi görüşmeleri kapsamında; Petrol-İş Sendikası kimya iş kolunda faaliyet gösteren işyerlerimizde 10 Mart 2020 tarihinde grev kararı almış, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu da aynı tarihte lokavt kararı almıştır. Söz konusu hususlar aynı tarihte Şirketimiz tarafından KAP bildirimi ile kamuya duyurulmuştur. Bugün itibarıyla Şirketimizde tüm üretim faaliyetleri kesintisiz olarak devam etmektedir. Anılan grev kararı ve buna bağlı olarak alınan lokavt kararı uygulamaya konulmamıştır. İşçi sendikası ile İşletme Toplu İş Sözleşmesi görüşmeleri yasal çerçevede devam etmekte olup süreçle ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Konunun yatırımcılarımız tarafından daha net anlaşılabilmesi amacıyla bu açıklamanın yapılmasında yarar görülmüştür.		Within the scope of the Collective Labour Agreement negotiations, Petrol‑İş Labour Union decided to go on strike at our units operating in the chemical business line on 10 March 2020, and our Company's Board of Directors also decided to go on lockout on the same date. These issues were announced to the public on the same date with the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) notification by our company. As of today, all production activities of our company continue uninterruptedly. The mentioned strike decision and the lockout decision taken accordingly have not been put into practice. The Plants Collective Labour Agreement negotiations with the Labor Union still continue within the legal frame and the developments regarding the process will be shared with the public. This disclosure has been made in order for the subject to be better understood by our investors. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the original Turkish version shall prevail.
