At the meeting of our Board of Directors dated 2 April 2020; in order to audit our company's financial reports for the year 2020 in compliance with the principles set accordingly to the Turkish Commercial Code no.6102 and the Capital Market Law no.6362 and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it was resolved to select "DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş." (Deloitte) located at Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak N1 34485 Sarıyer/İstanbul, and to submit this selection to the apporoval of the General Assembly.
