YUMURTALIK PETROKİMYA YATIRIMI HAKKINDA

Şirketimiz daha önce, Yatırımlara Proje Bazlı Devlet Yardımı verilmesi kapsamında Adana ili Yumurtalık ilçesinde yer alan yaklaşık 6.800 dönümlük alanda şirketimizin ana hammaddeleri olan PTA, MEG ve Polimer üretim tesisi kurulması ile Polipropilen (PP), Polietilen (PE), Polivinil Klorid (PVC), Süper Emici Polimer (SAP), Polyester Cips tesisleri ve Liman yapımını içeren toplam 11,8 milyar dolarlık yatırım kararını kamuoyu ile paylaşmıştı.

Bu yatırıma ilişkin yer tahsisi talebimizle ilgili olarak arsanın şirketimizce satın alma, tahsis veya kiralanması hususuna yönelik olarak görüşmelerimiz devam etmektedir.

Bu hususlarla ilgili ilerleyen aşamalardaki gelişmeler ayrıca kamuoyuna duyurulacaktır.

ABOUT YUMURTALIK PETROCHEMICAL INVESTMENT

Our company previously shared with the public its investment decision for a total of USD 11.8 billion within the scope of providing Government Subsidies for Project Based Investments on an area of approximately 6.800 decares in the district of Yumurtalık in Adana. This investment includes the establishment of PTA, MEG and Polymer production facilities, which are the main raw materials of our company, and the construction of Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP), Polyester Chips facilities and a Port.

Regarding our demand for the allocation of space for this investment, our negotiations continue regarding the purchase, allocation or lease of the land by our company.

Further developments in the next stages regarding these issues will also be announced to the public.
