An application has been made to the Capital Markets Board on 1 February 2022 (today) regarding to the Debt Securities (Eurobond) that are planned to be issued abroad up to USD 500,000,000 (five hundred million USD), within the framework of the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 26 January 2022.
