The tender of the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for "Sales of 116 parcels/shares in total 4,058,685.13 m2 (as a whole) located in Adana province, Yumurtalık district, Akyuva, Demirtaş and Hunutlu neighborhoods together with the structures on them" has been concluded, and the sale of the said immovables with the amount of TRY 2.139.000.000 to our Company, which offered the highest bid, has been approved of by the Presidency's decision dated 2 June.2022 and numbered 5647. The Presidential decision has been published in the Official Gazette dated 3 June 2022 (today).
