A total principal amount of EUR 600,000 of the Convertible Bonds, issued on 22 June 2021 with a nominal value of EUR 200,000,000, has been redeemed by converting into shares upon the request of the bondholders. The shares with a nominal value of TRY 336,813 given in return for bonds were met from the SASA shares bought back by our Company
After the conversion transactions, SASA bought-back shares of our company decreased to a nominal value of TRY 31,447,522 and the ratio of these shares in Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. capital decreased to 1.4039%.
