In line with the decision of our Board of Directors dated 16.02.2022, it has been signed an Engineering, Equipment Supply, Installation and Commissioning Contract with Girişim Elektrik Sanayi Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. on 23 June 2022 for the installation of a turnkey Roof Self‑Consumption Solar Power Plant (SSP) on the roofs of the buildings in our Adana premises, in order to comply with the Paris Climate Agreement (COP26) by reducing our carbon footprint. The contract value is USD 11,350,000 (eleven million three hundred and fifty thousand American Dollars) excluding taxes.

It is planned that approximately 4% to 5% of the annual electricity consumption of our company will be met from the said power plants.
