It has been decided to sign a contract with Tekfen Construction and Installation Co. Inc., an affiliate of Tekfen Holding Company, for the construction works of the Fiber Production Plant and the Textile Chips, Bottle Chips, Pet Chips Production Plant (New PSF and MTR Plants) to be realized in our Adana-Seyhan facilities, which we had previously announced to the public.
The total duration of the project including mobilization period is 25 months, and the project value is USD 61 million excluding taxes.
