Within the scope of the share buy-back resolution of our Company's Board of Directors dated 6 October 2022 and announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on the same date; it has been purchased Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. (SASA) shares with a total nominal value of TRY 5,862,426 from the price of TRY 54.72 on 6 October 2022,. As a result of this transaction, the total SASA shares of our Company reached to a nominal value of TRY 8,869,427 and the ratio of these shares in Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. capital reached 0.3960%.
