In order to ensure that the investments that our company will make domestically and abroad in the coming period, and the partnerships that our company can establish, and the transactions that can be made in the global credit and capital markets in this context can be carried out more effectively, Sasa Uluslararası Finansal Yatırım Anonim Şirketi was established with a capital of TRY 20,000,000, whose capital is fully owned by Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. and the management is within Sasa Polyester Sanayi Anonim Şirketi.

According to the management plan; the said company will be able to acquire subsidiaries and affiliates domestically and abroad; however, the majority of its capital and management control will remain with SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş.
