Bugün itibarıyla Şirketimizin hâkim ortağı ve bağlı ortaklıklarının 2.302.591.217 TL şirket çıkarılmış sermayesi içindeki payı;

1) Erdemoğlu Holding A.Ş. 'nin %60,99,

2) Merinos Halı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin %13,25,

3) Dinarsu İmalat ve Ticaret T.A.Ş.'nin %7,56 olmak üzere

toplam %81,80'dir. En son gerçekleştirilen sermaye artırımı nedeniyle ihraç edilen payların hesaplara geçtiği 10 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren bu oranlarda herhangi bir değişiklik olmamıştır.

Şirketimiz hâkim ortağı ve iştirakleri ve/veya bunlarla ilişkili kişileri tarafından 12 Aralık 2022 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen ve KAP üzerinden duyurulan 2.500.000 lot satış işleminden sonra Borsada herhangi bir SASA pay alım satım işlemi gerçekleştirilmemiş olup işlem yapılması durumunda sermaye piyasası düzenlemelerine uygun olarak daha önce de açıklandığı üzere KAP üzerinden kamuya duyurulacaktır.

Son günlerde Yatırımcı İlişkileri Birimimize yöneltilen sorular çerçevesinde işbu açıklamanın yapılması gereği duyulmuştur.

As of today, the share of our Company's controlling shareholder and its subsidiaries in the issued capital of TRY 2,302,591,217 is 81.80% in total and its distribution is as follows:

1) 60.99% is for Erdemoğlu Holding A.Ş.,

2) 13.25% is for Merinos Halı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,

3) 7.56% is for Dinarsu İmalat ve Ticaret T.A.Ş.

There has been no change in these ratios since 10 January 2023 when the shares issued due to the latest capital increase were recorded in the shareholders' accounts.

After the sale of 2,500,000 lots dated 12 December 2022 and announced on the Public Disclosure Platform, no SASA shares transactions have been realized in the Stock Exchange by our controlling shareholder or its subsidiaries and/or their related persons. In case of any transaction, it will be announced to the public on the Public Disclosure Platform as previously explained in accordance with the capital market regulations.

It was deemed necessary to make this disclosure due to the questions directed to our Investor Relations Unit recently.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the original Turkish version shall prevail.
