At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held today, it was unanimously decided to increase our Company's registered capital ceiling, stated in Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association, from TRY 3,000,000,000 to TRY 15,000,000,000 by TRY 12,000,000,000; to update the validity date as 2023-2027; to amend the Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association titled "Capital" as attached, to obtain the necessary permissions from theMinistry of Commerce and Capital Markets Board; and to submit it to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Communique II-18.1 on Registered Capital System.
