oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Yönetim Kurulumuzun 6 Nisan 2023 tarihli toplantısında; Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin tavsiyesi dikkate alınarak; 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak N1 34485 Sarıyer / İstanbul adresinde bulunan DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin (Deloitte) seçilmesine ve bu seçimin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.		At the meeting of our Board of Directors dated 6 April 2023 ; in order to audit our company's financial reports for the year 2023 in compliance with the principles set accordingly to the Turkish Commercial Code no.6102 and the Capital Market Law no.6362 and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it was resolved to select "DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş." (Deloitte) located at Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak N1 34485 Sarıyer/İstanbul, and to submit this selection to the apporoval of the General Assembly.
