oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Adana yerleşkemizde yapımı devam eden yatırımlarımızla ilgili gelinen son durum şu şekildedir: PTA Üretim Tesisi PTA üretimi için gerekli tüm yardımcı işletmeler (buhar kazanları, demin su, soğutma kulesi, azot ve hidrojen tesisi ile basınçlı hava tesisi) devreye alınmış, PTA Üretim Tesisi beslenebilir duruma getirilmiştir. PTA Üretim Tesisi'nin devreye alınmasındaki birinci faz, yüklenici firmanın denetimi altında Türkiye'nin en büyük proses hava kompresörünün çalışır hale getirilmesiyle gerçekleşmiş olacaktır. Proses hava kompresörü ve elektrik üretim tesisinin Ekim 2024 sonuna kadar faaliyete geçmesine yönelik çalışmalar sürdürülmektedir. Tesisin güvenli ve eksiksiz şekilde devreye alınmasını teminen lisansör firma ekipleri tarafından yatırım sahasında gerçekleştirilen uyumluluk kontrolleri ve testler sorunsuz devam etmektedir. Tesisin tamamının devreye alınma faaliyetlerinin önceden planlanan çalışma takvimi çerçevesinde yürütülmesi için lisansör firma ekipleri ve SASA yatırım ve işletme ekipleri iş birliği içinde çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir. Tekstil Cipsi, Şişe Cipsi, Pet Cips Üretim Tesisi Adana yerleşkemizde devam etmekte olan yoğun montaj çalışmalarının sonuna yaklaşılmış olup yıllık 330.000 ton kapasiteli ve MTR teknolojisine sahip yeni Tekstil Cipsi, Şişe Cipsi, Pet Cipsi Üretim Tesisimizin devreye alma işlemleri başlamıştır. Tesisin daha önce planlanan çalışma takvimine uygun şekilde üretime başlamasına yönelik çalışmalar sorunsuz biçimde devam etmektedir. Elyaf Üretim Tesisi Yıllık 350.000 ton kapasiteli yeni Elyaf Üretim Tesisimizin basınçlı hava, kule suyu, çiller suyu gibi yardımcı tesisleri bu ay içinde devreye alınacak olup polyester elyaf çekme hatlarının deneme üretimlerinin planlanan çalışma takvimine uygun olarak Kasım ayında başlaması hedeflenmektedir. Bu süreçte emniyetli ve kaliteli devreye giriş için tüm kontroller yapılmaya devam edilmektedir. Elyaf yatırımının önemli bir bölümünü oluşturacak yıllık 52.500 tonluk Düşük Ergimeli (Low-Melt) Polyester Üretim Tesisi ile hijyen, mobilya, tekstil, sağlık sektörlerinde kullanılan nonwoven ürünlerin halen tamamen dışa bağımlı olan önemli bir hammadde ihtiyacı yerli üretim ile karşılanmış olacaktır. Türkiye'nin ilk Low-Melt Elyaf Üretim Tesisi olacak bu yatırımın da daha önce planlanan çalışma takvimi çerçevesinde üretime başlaması öngörülmektedir.		The current status of our investments which are under construction in our Adana premises is as follows: PTA Production Plant All auxiliary facilities (steam boilers, demin water, cooling tower, nitrogen and hydrogen facility and compressed air facility) required for PTA production have been put into operation and the PTA Production Plant has been made available for feeding. The first phase of the commissioning of the PTA Production Plant will be realized by putting operation Türkiye's largest process air compressor under the supervision of the contractor company. Work is ongoing to make the process air compressor and electricity production facility operational by the end of October 2024. In order to ensure that the plant is put into operation safely and completely, compliance checks and tests carried out by the licensor company teams at the project site continue without any problems. The licensor company teams and SASA investment and operation teams continue their work in cooperation to carry out the commissioning activities of the entire plant within the framework of the previously planned work schedule. Textile Chips, Bottle Chips, Pet Chips Production Plant The intensive assembly work ongoing in our Adana premises is nearing the end and the commissioning process of our new Textile Chips, Bottle Chips, Pet Chips Production Facility with an annual capacity of 330,000 tons and MTR technology has been started. The work to start production in accordance with the previously planned work schedule of the facility continues smoothly. Fiber Production Plant The auxiliary facilities such as compressed air, tower water, chiller water of our new Fiber Production Plant with an annual capacity of 350,000 tons will be commissioned this month and the trial production of polyester fiber drawing lines is aimed to start in November in accordance with the planned work schedule. During this process, all controls continue to be performed for safe and high-quality commissioning. The Low-Melt Polyester Production Plant with an annual capacity of 52,500 tons will constitute an important section of our Fiber Production Plant and meet an important raw material need for nonwoven products used in the hygiene, furniture, textile and health sectors. Thereby the demand which is still completely dependent on foreign sources will be met with domestic production. This facility, which will be Türkiye's first Low-Melt Fiber Production Unit, is also expected to start production within the previously planned schedule.
