Within the scope of the SASA Refinery and Petrochemical Project, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between our Company and Vitol to evaluate potential commercial cooperation opportunities.
The MOU covers the evaluation of cooperation opportunities regarding the design, development, and commissioning of the planned refinery and petrochemical facilities, as well as arrangements related to feedstock supply and product offtake.
Vitol is a global energy and commodities company . Vitol has owned Petrol Ofisi since acquiring it from OMV AG in June 2017.
