In order to audit the financial reports for the year 2026, the decision on the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor, taken at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company held on 5 May 2026, has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 7 May 2026 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette no.11579, dated 8 May 2026.
