1)It has been decided to establish a new company in  Bulgaria named Smart Solar Technologies, which will carry out similar operations with our Company, through Smart Global Enterprises & Trading BV, a 100% subsidiary of our company, located in the Netherlands.

2)It has been decided to establish a new company for the purpose of establishing solar panel production facilities up to 3 GW production capacity in at least 2 regions in the United States, through Smart Global Enterprises & Trading BV, a 100% subsidiary of our company, located in the Netherlands.
