Şirketimizin %100 bağlı ortaklığı olan Smart Güneş Enerji Ekipmanları Pazarlama A.Ş. ile yurtiçinde yerleşik olan kurumsal bir müşterisi arasında Güneş Enerji Santrali malzeme tedariği işine istinaden KDV hariç toplam 42.055.000 (kırk iki milyon elli beş bin) ABD Doları tutarında sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce versiyonu da yer almakta olup açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

A contract was signed between Smart Güneş Enerji Ekipmanları Pazarlama A.Ş., (%100 subsidiary of our company) and a domestic corporate customer regarding solar power plant material supply work for a total amount of USD 42,055,000 excluding VAT.

The English version of this disclosure is provided and in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
