As it is known, our Company also develops storage solar power plant projects. A Storage Solar Power Plant and Energy Transmission Line Project Development and Turnkey Installation Agreement was signed between Asya Ges Enerji Üretim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Asya Ges), which is a subsidiary of our company's main partner Smart Holding A.Ş., and our company, for the project development and turnkey installation of a total of 4 Storage Solar Energy Power Plants for a total amount of USD 80,732,663.40, excluding VAT . These projects are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

The necessary project financing source for the projects has been provided by Asya Ges, and solar panels that will be produced using domestic cells produced in our Company's Aliağa Solar Cell & Solar Panel Integrated Production Facility in order to benefit from the local contribution margn in the power plants to be established.
