Şirketimiz ile yurt içinde faaliyet gösteren kurumsal bir müşterisi arasında, Elektrik Piyasası Lisans Yönetmeliği kapsamında proje geliştirme işleri (arazilerin kullanım haklarının, bağlantı görüşlerinin, ön lisans ve üretim lisansı alınması, yapı ruhsatlarının alınması vb) dahil anahtar teslimi arazi tipi güneş santrali kurulum hizmetleri (tasarım, mühendislik, tedarik, montaj, test ve devreye alma dahil) için, KDV hariç 53.601.000 ABD Doları tutarında "Depolamalı Güneş Enerjisi Santrali ve Enerji Nakil Hattı Proje Geliştirme ve Anahtar Teslim Kurulum Sözleşmesi" imzalanmış ve 1.000.000 ABD doları avans tahsil edilmiştir.

Söz konusu yatırımı yapılacak güneş santralinde Şirketimiz tarafından üretimi yapılan yerli Fotovotaik Güneş Hücreleri kullanılarak üretilecek yerli Fotovotaik Güneş Panelleri kullanılacaktır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

A "Storage Solar Power Plant and Energy Transmission Line Project Development and Turnkey Installation Contract" amounting US$ 53,601,000 excluding VAT was signed between our Company and a domestic corporate customer for turnkey land type solar power plant installation services (design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning - including substation and transmission lines), including project development works (obtaining land use rights, preliminary license and production license, connection opinions, EIA reports and building licenses, etc.) within the scope of Electricity Market License Regulation . An advance of USD 1,000,000 was collected.

In the solar power plant, the domestic Photovotaic Solar Panels produced by using domestic Photovotaic Solar Cells (produced by our Company) will be used.
