Şirketimiz Smart Güneş Enerjisi Teknolojileri Arge Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Bulgaristan'da geliştirilecek güneş enerjisi projelerine yönelik olarak bir yatırımcı ile proje geliştirme, anahtar teslim kurulum ve ilgili ticari hakların devrini kapsayan bir iş birliği protokolü imzalamıştır.

Söz konusu protokol kapsamında, Bulgaristan'daki güneş enerjisi projelerine ilişkin arazi geliştirme, lisans ve izin süreçleri, mühendislik, tedarik, kurulum ve devreye alma faaliyetlerinin Şirketimiz tarafından yürütülmesi kararlaştırılmıştır.

Bu iş birliği çerçevesinde belirlenen toplam sözleşme bedeli 7.400.000 EUR olup, söz konusu tutarın avans niteliğindeki bir kısmı bugün itibarıyla Şirketimiz tarafından tahsil edilmiştir. Kalan tutarın tahsilatı, protokolde belirlenen takvim ve koşullar çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilecektir.

İlgili projelere ilişkin geliştirme ve uygulama süreçleri devam etmekte olup, ilerleyen aşamalarda kamuoyuna ayrıca açıklama yapılacaktır.

Our Company, Smart Güneş Enerjisi Teknolojileri ARGE Üretim San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., has signed a cooperation protocol with an investor regarding solar energy projects to be developed in Bulgaria, covering project development, turnkey installation, and the transfer of related commercial rights.

Within the scope of this protocol, it has been agreed that our Company will carry out land development, licensing and permitting processes, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities related to the solar energy projects in Bulgaria.

The total contract value determined under this cooperation is EUR 7,400,000 and a portion of this amount, in the nature of an advance payment, has been collected by our Company as of today. The remaining amount will be collected in accordance with the schedule and terms stipulated in the protocol.

The development and implementation processes of the relevant projects are ongoing, and further disclosures will be made to the public in subsequent stages, if deemed necessary.
