TAV Airports Board of Directors has appoint ed Ms. Justine Coutard as a Board Member to replace Mr. Renaud Duplay, who resigned from his duty on March 19, 2025.

Ms. Justine Coutard will serve as Chair of the Board of Directors, while Mr. Xavier Hürstel, who has been serving as Chair of the Board, will continue to serve as a Board Member.


Justine Coutard

Born in 1985, Justine Coutard is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, and a former student of the École Nationale d'Administration . From 2011 to 2015, she was a member of "Inspection Générale des Finances" (Finance Ministry A udit D ivision), then P roject M anager for the head of this department. Justine Coutard first joined Groupe ADP in April 2015 as G eneral S ecretary of the O perations D ivision and as Customer Q uality D irector at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Then, she was D irector of F inance, M anagement and S trategy (2016-2017). From 2017 to 2020, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff, then Chief of Staff to the Minister of Public Action and Accounts. She had been the Managing D irector of Paris-Orly Airport since October 2020. On 18 February 2025, Justine Coutard bec ame Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe ADP.
