The amendment to article 6 titled "Capital" of our articles of association, in order to extend the validity period of Our Company's authorized capital upper limit from year 2025 to 2029 was approved by Capital Markets Board of Türkiye on December 2, 2025.

The amendment will be proposed to the approval of the first general assembly after the necessary approvals of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye are obtained.
