TAV Airports Holding Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Kürşad Koçak will retire as of December 31, 2025. Mr. Koçak, who was appointed the Deputy General Manager of Havaş in 2009, later advanced to the position of General Manager in 2015. Since July 1, 2020, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TAV Airports Holding. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all employees of TAV Airports Holding, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Koçak for his outstanding contributions to our Company throughout his tenure.

Mr. Sırrı Mete Erna, who  currently serves as the General Manager of Havaş, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TAV Airports, effective January 1, 2026.

The Resume of Mr. Sırrı Mete Erna:

Being a graduate of and also having his post-graduate in Istanbul University Political Sciences Faculty International Relations Department, S. Mete Erna began his professional life in the aviation industry in 1995 at Havaş. Undertaking several positions at various airlines and ground handling companies in Türkiye and abroad throughout his career, Erna rejoined Havaş family in 2014 and continued working in Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles. S. Mete Erna had been working as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing starting October 2017,  was assigned as the Acting General Manager of Havaş on July 1st, 2020 and was appointed as General Manager on October 1st, 2020.

TAV Airports Holding Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Mr. Hakan Öker will retire as of December 31, 2025. Mr. Öker assumed the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in January 2016 at TAV Airports Holding. Since January 2020, Mr. Öker has been in charge of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Business Excellence. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all employees of TAV Airports Holding, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Öker for his outstanding contributions to our Company throughout his tenure.

Ms. Melis Tunaveli, has been appointed as TAV Airports Holding Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2026.

The Resume of Ms. Melis Tunaveli:

Tunaveli brings more than 25 years of human resources experience. She began her career at Roche and went on to hold leadership positions at Kraft Foods and Philip Morris International. In 2018, she joined Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), where she served as Human Resources Director, Turkey from 2018 to 2023, followed by her role as Executive Committee Member responsible for Human Resources between 2023 and 2024. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Koç University.
