oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz ile Azerbaycan Devlet Petrol Şirketi (SOCAR) arasında, günlük 1.200 ton amonyak ve 2.000 ton üre kapasiteli yeni bir Üretim Tesisi yapımı ile mevcut ve yeni üretim tesislerinin ürünlerinin pazarlanmasını da kapsayacak bir işbirliğine yönelik çalışmalar yapmak üzere bir Mutakabat  Zaptı imzalanmıştır. Bu kapsamda önümüzdeki süreçte; - Bahsi geçen ünitelerin EPC (mühendislik, satınalma ve inşaat-montaj) bazında yapımında Tekfen Taahhüt Grubu şirketlerinin olası görev alması, - Yeni tesislerde üretilecek ürünlerin Türkiye pazarında satış, pazarlama ve dağıtımının bağlı ortaklıklarımızdan Toros Tarım'ın geniş bayi ağının kullanılarak yapılması ve ayrıca katma değer yaratacak yeni ürünlerin geliştirilmesi ve bunların dünyanın farklı bölgelerinde pazarlanması olanaklarının değerlendirilmesi, - Yeni tesislerin yapılmasına kadar geçen sürede mevcut tesislerde yapılan üretimin satış, pazarlama ve dağıtımında Toros Tarım'ın olası rol alması, - SOCAR ve Tekfen'in yeni tesislerde belli bir ortaklık payına sahip olması, konularında  detayların belirlenmesi için bir Çalışma Grubu oluşturularak, nihai anlaşmanın tesis edilmesine yönelik çalışmalar yapılacaktır.		Our company and The State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to construct a new Production Facility with a daily capacity of 1,200 tons of ammonia and 2,000 tons of urea, and to work on a cooperation including the marketing of the products of the existing and new production facilities. In this context, a Working Group will be formed and efforts will be made to establish the final agreement in order to determine the details of the following issues; - Tekfen Contracting Group companies' possible participation in the construction of these units on EPC (engineering, procurement and construction-assembly) basis, - Evaluating the possibilities for our subsidiary Toros Tarım to conduct marketing, sales and distribution of the products manufactured in the new facilities by the usage of its extensive dealer network in the Turkish market and to develop value added new products as well as marketing of those in different regions of the world, - Toros Tarım's possible role in the marketing, sales and distribution of the products manufactured in the existing facilities until the new facility becomes operational, - SOCAR and Tekfen to establish a partnership in the new Production Facility.
