Bağlı ortaklıklarımızdan Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş, % 100 hissesi kendisine ait olan OOO Rusfen ile birlikte Kharampurneftegaz LLC Firması ile 90 km. uzunluğunda gaz boru hattı inşaat ve montaj işleri için sözleşme imzalamıştır.

Sözleşme, Rusya Federasyonu'nda Kharampur Gaz Sahası ile Gazprom Ana Boru hattı arasındaki Gaz Nakil Boru Hattının ilk 90 km.lik kısmının yapımı ile ilgilidir. Projenin sözleşme bedeli 19.527.364.329 RUB'dir (yaklaşık 311 milyon ABD Doları). Sözleşme başlangıç tarihi 1 Şubat 2020 olan projenin planlanan tamamlanma süresi 16 aydır.

Tekfen Construction and Installation Co., Inc., affiliate of Tekfen Holding Company, together with OOO Rusfen, owned 100 % by Tekfen Construction, has signed a Contract with Kharampurneftegaz LLC Company for construction and installation of 90 km. of gas pipeline.

The Contract is related to construction works of first 90 km. of Gas Transport Pipeline between the Kharampur gas field and Connection Point to Gazprom Main Pipeline in Russian Federation. The value of the Contract is RUB 19,527,364,329 (approx. US$311 million). Commencement date of the Contract is 1st of February, 2020 and the duration for completion of our new project is planned as 16 months.
