In the footnotes of our company's financial statements dated 30.06.2020 and 30.09.2020, it was stated that the ongoing "FGP Wellhead Pressure Management - Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Installation Works" Project of our subsidiary Gate İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in Kazakhstan has been temporarily suspended by the Employer within the scope of COVID-19 measures. The job increases, which have been negotiated with the Employer since a while, regarding the scope of the Project have been approved by the Employer. Accordingly, as per the published Work Order, the total amount of the project reached to USD 622 million with an increase of approximately USD116 million. Site activities in the project have been initiated and will continue in a controlled manner.
